Ducks U12 and U14 Diamond Teams Set The Pace

The season kicked off in late August in Pennsylvania.  The  Ducks proved to be at the front of the pack at 4-0 in the first EJEPL showcase. The U12, Peewee AA, team took care of business in a span of 24 hours, winning four games by a combined score of 19-3 against teams from Pennsylvania, Maryland, Maine and New York. Coach Alvin stated, “ The team really worked hard leading up to the showcase, and the team strategies and techniques we worked on really became important in controlling the pace of each game.”

Thirty minutes north in West Chester, the U14, Bantam AA, team posted a record of 4-0 as well; versus teams from Virginia, Georgia, New York, and Connecticut. Coach Richie remarked, “ The team moved the puck very well, and I look forward to working with this group for the upcoming season.”

 Both teams pick up regular season action early in September with some tough contests.
